1Does Let’s Talk really come to you?
Yes we do. A trained and professional repair technician will show up anywhere you like at your convenience. No lines. No hassles. No worries. It couldn’t be easier.
2What if you can’t fix it?
Okay you pessimist! We’ll fix it. But if we can’t, you don’t pay a penny. How’s that?
3How do I pay?
We take a $25 deposit up front to generate your appointment, then collect the rest after we repair your device.
4Can you unlock or jailbreak devices?
Sorry, we can’t do that for you.
5Do You Use Manufacturer Parts?
We source the highest quality parts for your device and warranty the work for 90-days.
6What if I have to reschedule?
We get it. Sometimes life gets in the way. All we ask is that you cancel no less than 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Do that and we’ll reschedule at your convenience at no charge.
7Do you guys have phone cases and other accessories?
Yep! In fact, we offer great prices on a huge selection of the industry’s finest protective and fashion cases. We have screen protectors, too!
8How long is this going to take?
We’re experts. Figure 30 - 45 minutes and you’ll be making calls on a perfectly pristine device.
9Should I back up my phone?
Play it safe, back it up. Most likely we won’t have to restore or reboot your phone to make repairs. There are rare instances, however, when it might be necessary. If you’re not sure how to back up your phone, check your user guide or with the manufacturer.
10Can you repair more than one device at a time?
Sure, let us know and we can repair multiple devices in a single service call.
11Do you repair phones damaged by water or other liquid?
